Creation of written and visual content through the responsible use of generative artificial intelligence

This training prepares learners for the final certification exam “Creation of written and visual content through the responsible use of generative artificial intelligence,” registered with France Compétences under number RS6776. The final exam is mandatory. The certifying body is Inkréa Certifications. At the end of the training, the trainee agrees to take the exam leading to certification.

 

As this vocational training course leads to a qualification, it may be funded by the CPF. Any course that does not fall within the scope of Article L6313-1 of the Labour Code is not eligible for funding under this scheme.

Learning Objectives

Define the implementation strategy for generative artificial intelligence according to the professional context and existing generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Microsoft Copilot, etc., by identifying possible optimizations in order to develop a strategic plan for integrating and installing generative AI tools on the workstation.
Use generative AI tools optimally to create written and visual content adapted to the initial request, accessible to people with disabilities, and avoiding any risk of violating data confidentiality in a professional context.
Assess and resolve ethical and regulatory issues related to the use of generative artificial intelligence tools in order to create content that complies with the AI Act and the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR.

Target Audience
Employees and job seekers in the service sector whose work includes producing written content such as emails, summary notes, reports, meeting minutes, articles, or visual content such as social media posts, images, and websites. The certification is designed to meet the specific needs of professionals working in assistance, secretarial work, marketing, communications, human resources, and legal fields.
Prerequisites
It is preferable to have initial professional experience as well as familiarity with using the Internet.

21 hours delivered over 3 days.

The training may take place in person at 16 rue du Caire, 75002 Paris, or remotely. Remote sessions will be delivered via a video conferencing platform, with course materials and practical exercises accessible at any time.

The price of this training is €1,650 excluding VAT for 21 hours of training. Final Assessment Procedures (Summative Assessment)

At the end of the program, learners agree to take the exam with a view to obtaining the certification “Creation of written and visual content through the responsible use of generative artificial intelligence,” registered with France Compétences by Inkréa Certifications under number RS6776.

 

The certification exam consists of a written assignment to be submitted within 10 days after the end of the training, based on 6 practical case studies, followed by a 20-minute oral presentation. Taking the assessment is mandatory for any candidate using their CPF rights to finance the training. In the event of refusal to take the exam, reimbursement of the training may be requested.
