Performance and well-being monitoring tools (questionnaires, simple observations).
Chapter 3: Structuring Player Support
How to organize a monitoring session.
Adapt objectives: short/medium/long term.
Create a simple and functional player record.
Chapter 4: Communication and Professional Conduct
Give constructive feedback.
Prepare an analysis or debriefing session.
Active listening and emotion management.

Formative Assessment:
Practical exercises and real-world scenarios at the end of each session.
Feedback and discussions to measure the assimilation of acquired knowledge.
Summative Assessment:
MCQ during the final session to validate all acquired skills.
