Presentation
This training prepares participants for the “Managing a Business Creation Project” certification, registered with France Compétences under number RS7004. The certification body is CréActifs. At the end of the training, the participant undertakes to sit the certification examination.
Due to its certifying nature, this professional training programme may be funded through the French Personal Training Account, known as the CPF. Any activity that does not fall within the scope of Article L6313-1 of the French Labour Code is not eligible for this funding scheme.
This training enables participants to structure a business creation project effectively, validate its feasibility, and secure each key stage, including the offering, legal status, business plan, and registration. It helps prevent mistakes, strengthen credibility, and maximise the project’s chances of success.

Duration
21 hours of training: 15 hours of asynchronous e-learning and 6 hours of live virtual classroom training, including a 30-minute individual presentation.

The training includes 15 hours of e-learning available through the platform and 6 hours of live virtual classroom sessions delivered by videoconference, including a 30-minute individual presentation to prepare for the certification examination. Training materials, exercises, and assignments remain accessible on the platform throughout the programme.

Registration Procedures:
- Registration is subject to an interview, a project assessment, and an initial evaluation covering the nine competencies from C1 to C9, digital prerequisites, support requirements, and the maturity level of the project. The results are used to identify areas requiring attention and establish an individual progress plan.
- Applications are open throughout the year.
Access Timeframe:
- Access to the training is provided after the expiry of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.
Pricing
The price of this training is €1,650 excl. VAT for 21 hours of training. This price includes access to online educational tools, personalised training materials, practical workshops allowing direct application of the concepts covered, and assessments to ensure proper understanding of the training content.

Training Content
Module 1: Introduction to Entrepreneurship
- Analyse market trends.
- Validate the alignment between the project owner and the project.

Module 2: Analyse the Market and Define the Target Customer Base
- Understand the different dimensions of market research.

- Identify and analyse competitors.
Module 3: Understand Legal Aspects and Register the Business
- Understand the different legal structures, including SARL, EURL, SAS, SASU, sole proprietorship, and micro-enterprise, as well as their advantages and obligations.
- Choose the legal structure best suited to the project.
- Understand the different social security and tax regimes.
- Identify useful project partners and know how to involve them, such as lawyers and accountants.
- Complete the registration procedures, including Infogreffe formalities, publication in an official legal notices journal, and drafting the articles of association.
Module 4: Identify Support Schemes for Starting or Taking Over a Business

- Tax and social security support schemes.
- Recruitment support schemes.
- Innovation support schemes.

Module 5: Analyse Project Profitability and Prepare Financial Forecasts
- Prepare the project’s financial plan, including the financing plan, income statement, and cash-flow forecast.
- Calculate projected revenue.
- List the project’s investment requirements and expenses.
- Identify available resources, support schemes, and potential sources of financing.
- Determine the break-even point.
- Understand the administrative and accounting organisation of a business.
- Confirm the legal status best suited to the project.
Module 6: Define a Clear and Attractive Offering
- Define the product or service.
- Determine the price or price range.
- Identify the most appropriate distribution channels.
- Choose suitable communication channels.

Module 7: Communicate on Social Media and Develop a Professional Network
- Identify the target persona.

Module 8: Write a Business Plan and Pitch the Project
- Understand the structure and framework of a business plan.

Learning Assessment Procedures and Results Validation
- Before the training: initial assessment.
- Formative assessment: exercises and assignments associated with each competency from C1 to C9, individualised corrections, and progress monitoring on the platform. A mock assessment is also conducted in preparation for the certification.
- Satisfaction assessment: immediately after the training and again one month later.
- Summative assessment: assessment conducted by the RS7004 certification body according to the procedures described below.
- Validation: an individual certificate of completion is issued.
Final Assessment Procedures (Summative Assessment)
At the end of the training, the participant undertakes to sit the certification examination. They must submit a written report presenting their business creation project and deliver an oral presentation before a professional jury. Structured support for writing the report and preparing the oral presentation is provided throughout the training programme. Assessment Process A professional project file must be submitted according to the schedule provided by the certification body. Oral examination: a 20-minute presentation followed by 10 minutes of questions and answers. A final individual mock assessment in the same format is organised, followed by structured feedback based on competencies C1 to C9. A maximum of two postponements is permitted, allowing three examination dates in total. Resit arrangements are communicated by the certification body according to the competencies that still need to be strengthened.
