Introduction to Esport coaching

This training course introduces participants to esports coaching, giving them a better understanding of this rapidly evolving profession. They will discover the key roles within a team (coach, manager, analyst), the diversity of approaches (technical, tactical, mental, relational) and the current expectations of the sector, which combines performance and well-being. Through work on their posture and a skills diagram, participants will learn to identify their strengths and areas for improvement and to define what type of coach they want to become, thus laying the foundations for a structured professional approach.

The training will take place remotely. Sessions will be conducted online via a videoconferencing platform, with course materials and practical exercises accessible at all times.

The price of this training is €490 excluding VAT for 3 hours delivered over half a day. This rate includes access to online educational tools, personalized training materials, and an assessment to ensure proper assimilation of the teachings.

Chapter 1: Understanding the role of an Esports coach

Key roles in an Esport organisation: coach, manager, analyst.

The diversity of approaches: technical, tactical, mental, relational.

Current expectations in the sector: performance AND wellbeing.

Chapter 2: Positioning yourself as a coach

Identifier ses forces et axes de progression.

Creation of a competency diagram (Kiviat).

Initial discussions: defining myself as a coach and specifying the type of coach I aspire to become.

Assessment Modalities

MCQ at the end of the training to validate all acquired skills.

The training takes place on a video conferencing platform, with interactive tools to facilitate discussion and interaction during sessions.

Training Materials:

Training materials are provided to each participant, enabling learners to revisit the content covered during the training.

To ensure an optimal learning experience, technical support is available to resolve any difficulties encountered when connecting to the training or using the video conferencing platform. In case of connection issues or technical difficulties, the trainer can be contacted by email, SMS, or WhatsApp. This assistance will quickly resolve any difficulties related to accessing sessions or using online tools, thus ensuring the continuity of the training.
