The Executive Summary and Project Foundations: Understand the role of the executive summary, define the project's mission, vision, and values, and highlight the project leader's profile and value proposition.
The Market: Identify one's target audience, analyze competition and trends to position oneself effectively.
Session 2: Strategy and Financial Implementation (3.5 hours)
Build one's strategy and positioning: Develop a differentiating strategy based on SWOT analysis, identify competitive advantages and areas of development, and present one's strategy using key tools: 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and Business Model Canvas.
Legal Aspects and Financial Forecast: Choose the most suitable legal structure, understand capital distribution and governance rules, build the main financial statements: Projected income statement, break-even point…
Conclusion: Summary of key points, discussions about participants' projects.

Formative Assessment:
Practical exercises and case studies at the end of each chapter.
Feedback and discussions to measure the assimilation of acquired knowledge.
Summative Assessment:
MCQ during the final session to validate all acquired skills.
