Overview of professional tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Fireflies, Jira AI).

Role of the augmented project manager.
Session 2: Project Planning and Steering with AI
Day 1 – Afternoon (3.5 hours)
Assisted generation of roadmaps and schedules.
Creation of a WBS, RACI, risk/opportunity matrices.
AI for quality: ticket analysis, bug patterns, alerts.
Automation of project reporting.
Workshop: creation of an "AI Project Dashboard".
Session 3: Intelligent Documentation & Requirements Structuring
Day 2 – Morning (3.5 hours)
AI for documentation (meeting minutes, summaries, notes, meeting logs).
Assisted writing: user stories, acceptance criteria.
Generation of functional test cases.
Backlog management with AI: organization, dependencies, Value Scoring
AI-based collaborative tools.
Session 4: AI-Augmented Agility
Day 2 – Afternoon (3.5 hours)
AI in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, retrospective).
Prioritization optimization (WSJF, risks, effort, ROI).
AI for retrospective and continuous improvement.
Scenario: improving an existing backlog with AI.
