This comprehensive training immerses participants in a global approach to esport coaching, combining performance and well-being. They will learn to define their coaching identity, clarify their ethical stance, and thoroughly analyze players’ skills using observation and video analysis tools. Emphasis will be placed on building personalized training plans, continuous adaptation to signs of stagnation or fatigue, and preventing risks related to mental health and burnout. Through practical cases and real-world coaching simulations, participants will develop solid and operational expertise to sustainably support players and teams in a rapidly professionalizing sector.

The training will take place remotely. Sessions will be conducted online via a videoconferencing platform, with course materials and practical exercises accessible at all times.

Pricing

The price of this training is €1490 excl. VAT for 2 days (14 hours) of content spread over 4 sessions. This fee includes access to online educational tools, personalized training materials, practical workshops allowing direct application of the concepts covered, and evaluations to ensure proper assimilation of the teachings.

Define one's coaching identity and style.
Clarify the coach's roles and limits within an ethical and professional framework.
Chapter 2: Player Skill Analysis
The 3 pillars of analysis: foundation / technical / tactical.
Creation of personalized observation grids based on games.
Introduction to video analysis (replay, key moments).
Chapter 3: Building a Personalized Training Plan
Balance between technique, tactics, and lifestyle.
Weekly/Monthly Planning.
Adapted objectives and progression indicators.
Chapter 4: Continuous Monitoring and Adaptation
Recognize warning signs: stagnation, fatigue, demotivation.
Adjust a plan in real-time.
Techniques to maintain motivation.
Chapter 5: Prevention & Sustainable Performance
Mental Health: stress, relaxation, sleep, nutrition.
Burnout in Esport: causes, prevention, signs.
Well-being tools: exercises, routines, external support.
Chapter 6: Practical Cases and Simulations
Real-life case studies (conflicts, live coaching, missed objectives…).
Online coaching simulation: group feedback.
Creation of a summary support plan.

Formative Assessment:
Practical exercises and real-world scenarios at the end of each session.
Feedback and discussions to measure the assimilation of acquired knowledge.
Summative Assessment:
MCQ during the final session to validate all acquired skills.
